The service

DetailFront, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd, provides an AI-powered front desk for auto detailing businesses ("Shops"): answering calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries, providing quotes from the Shop's price list, scheduling appointments, and sending related notifications. By using the service - as a Shop or by communicating with a Shop through it - you agree to these terms.

Text messaging terms

  • You receive texts only after contacting a Shop by text, form, or phone, or after booking an appointment
  • Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided by the AI front desk come from each Shop's own price list and are estimates - final pricing is confirmed by the Shop based on vehicle condition. Appointments are made on the Shop's calendar and are subject to the Shop's own policies on cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling.

Integrations (Google Calendar)

A Shop may connect third-party tools such as Google Calendar. By connecting Google Calendar through Google's consent screen, the Shop authorizes DetailFront to read calendar availability and to create, update, and cancel the appointment events it schedules on the Shop's behalf. The Shop can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

Shop accounts

Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their service menu, pricing, and business information, for keeping dashboard credentials confidential, and for using the service only to communicate with people who contacted their business or consented to be contacted. Fees, billing, and cancellation terms for Shops are set out in their order form or subscription agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to spam, to violate telecom regulations, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses can contain errors; Shops remain responsible for the services they deliver and the commitments they honor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair Technologies Ltd's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
